Today was Group Day for Homecoming week. A parade was held for all students to see the different groups. Kindergarten through 12th grade student body then voted on their favorite group costumes. The Minion group was the overwhelming favorite! Other group costumes were Lifeguards, Moana characters, Work-out Barbies, Frat Boys, 101 Dalmatians, Centralia Teachers, Lumberjacks, Sandlot Characters & Disney Princesses

Christmas is quickly approaching! If you are needing chenille patches the deadline to order and still receive them by Christmas is October 5! This would be first name, last name, year or any sport/activity specific awards you received and want to buy a patch for.
The "C" is awarded by the school and eligible students will receive it in the spring at the athletic/academic banquet.

Homecoming festivities are in full swing this week at Centralia High School, where the Panthers are gearing up to face the Doniphan West Mustangs. The theme for the week is "Holiday Spirit," with students engaging in themed dress-up days and spirit games. The week will culminate on Friday with tailgating activities and fun-filled games. Please join for the pep rally at 2:30, then coronation at 6:30, followed by the game at 7.
Centralia Volleyball team plays in the Hiawatha Tournament today. First game is at 9:00 am.

The Centralia Panther Football team has their 1st home football game tonight versus Onaga. Kick off is at 7:00 pm.
Tonight is also the Kiddie Cheer Performance, they will be cheering during the game and at halftime.
United Bank will be handing out Centralia t-shirts before the game starting at 6:00 pm.
And the Early Childhood Program will be hosting a Taco Tailgate starting at 5:00 pm.
