
Junior High competed in their second track meet of the season at Frankfort. There was some very tough competition, but the athletes performed well.
Kambrie Rempe broke the school record in the 100 hurdles (18.36). The old record (18.85) was held by Drew Kramer in 2012.










Kindergarten & First Grade was able to enjoy the beautiful weather at the Topeka Zoo & Gage Park today!




Tomorrow night is PROM at Centralia!
There will be a Parade of Dates, starting with the students cruising the route marked on the attached map. They will then park on 4th Street and walk down the street starting at the bank and head south, ending just before the Post Office.
The Parade of Dates will start at 7:00 pm.



Three members of the forensics team competed in Wamego last night. They all performed very well and received some excellent feedback.
Parker Koch competed in Impromptu and Extemp. He placed 6th overall in Extemp.
Lily Puvogel competed in Prose and Impromptu.
Jacie Koch competed in Prose and Poetry.


The Team Schnak Type 1 Diabetes Awareness Walk has been rescheduled for May 10th. Please see the flyer for more information.


Yesterday, the Jr. High/High school band and the high school Choir competed at State Large Group in Concordia. The band and the choir both received a 3 rating. These students performed extremely well!


The Junior High Track teams travel to Frankfort for a meet that starts at 1:00 pm. Field events will be first, 3200 M run will start at 2:30, followed immediately by the rest of the running events.

CHS Track & Field competed against nine teams at the Valley Heights Invitational on Tuesday. The girls took second as a team and the boys placed seventh. Once again, they showed great determination in their events and it was fun watching them succeed. Placing in the top 7 included:

The Centralia Golf team starts their season today at Washington. The meet starts at 1:00 pm at the Cedar Hills Golf Course.
