The Third Graders also delivered Christmas plates to places around Centralia.
Today Mrs. Talley's 3rd Grade class read their stories to the rest of the elementary students.
During Mr. Conley's American Government Class, I was able to watch a Soap opera about relationship between the Preamble, The Articles of Confederation, and the Constitution. Quite the entertaining Soap Opera using the history behind each of them. Then with the lights dimmed, I also got to hear the story in Charlie Brown Christmas format. Very educational and entertaining class period !
Mrs. Buessing is taking her students caroling this year. They are visiting classrooms and some places around town to spread some Christmas Cheer. Yesterday, the Kindergarteners visited the office and sang us a few songs one being a favorite-Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer!
Centralia Dance Team is hosting their Kiddie Dance Clinic in January.

Lots of activities going on this week before break. Yesterday, I was able to attend the Readers Theater in Mrs. Conley's classroom. We heard the story The Year That Santa Got Mixed Up. The students did an awesome job of reading and acting out the story for all grade levels!

Good morning! Here are some pictures from Mrs. Conley's Junior class trip to the Care home yesterday! These students were not required to go and did not receive any grade nor any carrot to go visit with the residents. They read and acted out Twas the night before Christmas, talked about Christmas traditions with the residents, and then sang some Christmas songs with the residents.

Shout out to one of our many Hard Working Bus Drivers here at USD 380. This past Monday night, Gary Haverkamp took the Boys basketball team down to the K-State Men's Basketball game. Its seems that Willie the Wildcat had a nose for finding die hard KU Fans :).
I went to Mrs. Conley's 2nd Grade Classroom yesterday and they are doing their annual Christmas Trip around the World on the Polar Express.
