Centralia Football travels to Seneca for a Football Jamboree with Nemaha Central & Hiawatha tonight starting at 6 pm.

The high school is looking for adult volunteers to help host a REALL simulation for grades 9-11. This project is a hands on simulation designed to challenge youth to critically think about choices and decisions made in adolescence and how they may have consequences in adulthood. Orientation begins at 8 am and the simulation will last until approximately 12:30. Lunch will be provided. Please comment on this post, or email, Misty Poe, Jena Kramer, or Whitney Niehues if you're interested in helping with this experience.

Also a big shout out to Mrs. Stallbaumer and her stuco members for organizing the event and to Mrs. Kramer and her cheer team for putting on a great pep rally tonight.

Mrs. Bergman's Physics class has been working on their understanding of using the 3D printer. They were able to find an item, put it in the software, make adjustments and print. They are now looking to print items for classrooms.

Jayden Heideman, Jacie Koch and Alina Feldkamp have completed the Business Achievement Award - Contributor Award (Level 1).
The BBA's are an individual achievement award program for FBLA High School members. Participating students can enhance their leadership skills, expand their business knowledge, contribute to their local communities, and earn recognition by immersing themselves in their school and communities. By completing the Contributor Award (Level 1), members are introduced to the foundations of FBLA and learn how to best take advantage of the opportunities available to members. Total time commitment is approximately 2 hours.

What a great night for our Centralia high school students. FBLA, FCCLA, and FFA hosted a back to school bash at the Lake. Thank you to the City of Centralia for allowing us to use the facilities and thank you to Mrs. Poe, Mrs. Kramer, and Mrs. Parthemer for sponsoring this well attended event!










Quick thank you to the volunteers who worked last night setting the angles of the new football lights. One side is set-the other side will be set this weekend. Some did the work up high while the rest of us used diagrams and our calculators to do the math on the field.




Back in May, the girls 4x100 meter relay broke their own school record at the state meet with a time of 49.72. Today, they were able to update the record board. Congrats girls!

In Social Studies Mrs Gleason had the 6th graders introduced themselves and their individual interests by making and sharing “Me Bags”. This is Always an interesting project.

7th & 8th Graders had a Back to School Bash at Netawaka today after school.
