USD 380 Vermillion has immediate openings for 2021-20221 school year. Vermillion Schools is seeking qualified individuals to be Bus Drivers, Paraprofessionals, and a Transportation Coordinator.
USD 380 Vermillion Schools is looking for a Transportation Coordinator. This person will be in charge of setting bus routes, leading required safety meetings, making sure buses and school vehicles are ready for inspection, and scheduling of inspections. The Coordinator will be responsible for any emergencies or issues that may come up from time to time. Maintenance of buses will need to be scheduled and appropriate documentation of maintenance will need to be on file. A CDL with bus endorsements is not required but preferred. The Coordinator will be responsible for gathering state mandated paperwork and turning it into the appropriate staff member.
USD 380 will help successful applicants gain proper licensure to drive school buses. The district offers a single paid health insurance.
