With deep sadness, we share the passing of one of our students. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with the student's family, friends, classmates, and all those affected by this loss.
During this difficult time, counselors and teachers from the school are available on site today to provide support to our community. We are also grateful for the assistance of personnel from the KANZA Crisis Team, who are helping support our school community.
We ask our community to keep the family in their thoughts. For official information and updates, please refer to Centralia School.
We are grateful for the strength, compassion, and support of our school community as we come together to care for one another.

USD 380 will hold a public meeting with SPT architects on Wednesday at 6 pm in Vermillion. The discussion topic is the proposed bond projects. We would love to have more public input moving forward. The staff will be meeting at 4, and the public is invited at 6:00.

With Centralia girls basketball team advancing in the state tournament, USD 380 schools will not be in session Friday, March 13th.
At tonight's board meeting, the board of education voted to cancel school for the entire district on Wednesday March 11th, 2026, so students and staff can attend State basketball.
